If you wish to change the code on your Lock but you no longer have the instructions we can supply, normally by email a replacement set.
If you purchased you lock from us please email or fax proof of purchase (i.e. Invoice No, PayPal or Google Ref.) and we will email or fax you over a PDF.
If you did not purchase your lock from us unfortunately given the high volume of requests we get for such, we make a small administrative charge of £2.00 to send you the code change instructions by email.
